Install or launch

  1. Keep the complete receipt ZIP.
  2. Match its SHA-256 before extraction.
  3. Match the Setup EXE against CHECKSUMS.sha256 and confirm SIGNING.json reports an Authenticode-signed release and Windows shows the expected publisher.
  4. If the signature or publisher is unexpected, stop, record the exact message, and contact support or your Windows administrator; do not bypass security controls.

Plan import or calibration

  1. Confirm the source sheet and revision.
  2. Calibrate from a reliable known dimension on that sheet.
  3. Recheck units and the measured endpoints.
  4. Compare one independent known distance before pricing scope.

  1. Read every visible assembly, price, unit, and scope warning.
  2. Confirm the measured quantity and estimate line agree.
  3. Save the estimate version before sending an output.
  4. Record which export differs and the value you expected.

  1. Stop before overwriting the only remaining copy.
  2. Identify the newest retained backup and Project Package.
  3. Preserve the installer and package you actually received.
  4. Begin support with redacted diagnostics, not the full project.

Safety boundary: construction quantities, prices, specifications, and contract output still require professional review. Support can explain product behavior; it cannot validate field conditions, engineering, legal terms, or the commercial fitness of an estimate.
